Ingredients
  • 100 grams baby spinach
  • 50 grams arugula
  • 150 grams duck fillet
  • 1 orange
  • 3–4 fresh figs
  • 40 grams Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Sear the duck fillet skin-side down until golden and crispy. Let it rest, then slice thinly.

  2. Peel the orange and cut it into segments.

  3. Quarter the figs.

  4. Arrange the spinach and arugula on a serving plate.

  5. Top with duck slices, orange segments, and figs. Add crumbled Gorgonzola and walnuts.

  6. Mix the dressing: combine honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 

  7. Drizzle the salad with the dressing just before serving.
